At Custom Nail Set by Yuri, my goal is to provide every client with the best possible service during their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Missed Appointments / No-Shows Appointments that are not canceled and/or clients who do not show up will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service total. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled if the service cannot be completed within the remaining time. Booking Appointments & Deposits A $20 non-refundable deposit is required 48 hours before your scheduled service. The deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout.
